Mailing Option

We offer naked, enveloping and polywrapping mailing services, alongside specialist hand-insertion requirements.

Naked mailing

Many of our clients send out their brochures and catalogues in the Naked format: that is to say, no polywrap or envelope is required.

We inkjet the name and address details onto the rear cover of the brochure and post them out as they are – this is the cheapest method of sending out your marketing literature as there are no material costs of the polywrap, carrier sheet or envelope, nor are there any collation costs.

Enveloping mailings

Inserting your items into envelopes give you the opportunity to include a covering letter or other promotional offers to form a more complete marketing pack. When customers receive branded envelopes, they are more likely to open it so you have already got their attention.

Polywrapped mailing

Polywrapping is another service that we offer, brochures are usually collated with a mail merged carrier sheet and polywrapped – this is most typical within the mail order catalogue industry.

Again, multiple items can be collated and polywrapped to form a more complete marketing pack.

Specialist manual insertion mailings

For those more complex mailings, we can manually match personalised items that are to be included in each pack.
